The different nutrients that can be found in all sorts of food is what gives us the energy to function in our day–to–day lives. Some foods are much better than others and some foods contain certain nutrients but not others. That is why we have food groups and recomendations for how many servings we should eat a day.

There are a variety of very delicious treats in the world, which seem more exciting than the average vegetable or glass of milk. Below are my favourite recipes, and if you would like to read more about what makes these recipes so special and the special benefits of different foods you can read my Sneaky Nutrients Blog Posts. Some of these treats are definitely still desserts, so they should still be eaten in moderation!
