Mexican Lucha Libre (Wrestlers) Paper Doll Crafts

This is a simple cut and paste paper craft that can be done "just for fun", for a sports theme or for a Mexico theme.

Lucha libre is a type of professional wrestling practiced in Mexico.  Mexican wrestling is characterized by colorful masks and rapid sequences of holds and maneuvers.
 

Materials:

• something to colour with if using the B&W version,
• scissors,
• glue,
• paper,
• printer

Instructions:

• Print out the template of choice -- you'll need two templates:  the man and one of the outfits.
   
• Colour (where appropriate) and cut out the template pieces.  You can cut out template 1 (the man) or just cut out the outfit template and glue all the pieces onto the full sheet of template 1.  It's up to you!
   
• Glue the wrestler of your choice together in the following order:
  • singlet  (one piece spandex body suit)
  • boots
  • belt
  • lucha libre mask

Templates:

• Close the template window after printing to return to this screen.
   
• Set page margins to zero if you have trouble fitting the template on one page (FILE, PAGE SETUP or FILE, PRINTER SETUP in most browsers).
