Today we had our longest drive on the trip – 11 hours! We stopped for photos along the way a couple of times but it rained very hard during the part of our trip so we didn’t get to many good shots.

We stopped in Ft Nelson to “dump” the tanks of our RV and get gas and then we were off to Charlie Lake and the Beatton Provincial Park Campground.

We were pleased with the spot mom had picked because it was near the playground and the lake.  The girls played at the playground for about an hour while mom and dad watched, Ruby also got to stretch her legs and eat moths.

We enjoyed a supper of wieners and beans and then we all headed for bed.  It was a long day, but not terribly exciting.

On our drive we did see a fair amount of wildlife.  Mom finally got to see her stone sheep up by Summit Lake and got a nice photo of them from inside the RV.  We also saw quite a number of Deer along the road and some ducks at Charlie Lake.
