Skiing and snowboarding are both very popular sports in Canada, and tons of my friends are all hyped up and excited for competition season! There are tons of different ski hills that people can visit and lots of different level runs for people who are beginners, experts, or just looking for a relaxing day on the ski hill.

When I was younger my parents used to take my sister and I to ski hills on the weekends; she loved to snowboard and I really enjoy skiing! It is a nice short trip that the family can take and if you have young children, they can keep easily entertained on the bunny hill or in one of the readily available skiing or snowboarding lessons, my sister and I met lots of friends during the our lessons!

My mom made a super adorable skier or snowboarder paper plate craft! It would be a super fun craft for a kid who was interested in this awesome sport or for a younger sibling who likes to watch their brother or sister participate!
