A small Chihuahua named Chloe wrapped up in the materialistic world of Beverly Hills, gets left with her owners niece while away for work. The niece (Rachel), can’t sit around anymore and goes to Mexico with her friends.  When Chloe leaves the hotel to look for Rachel, she gets dognapped and ends up as bait for a dogfight. The dognapper realizes that Chloe is worth a lot of money and decides he will keep her for ransom. Meanwhile her dog friends rescue her and they try to get her home and keep her away from the dog napper.

I thought this movie was very cute.  Both kids enjoyed the talking dogs and the simple humour.  I would say that it would be great for girls at first but then as the movie goes on the boys love it too.

Yes, I saw the preview and it looks good.

Was the movie as good as you thought it would be?

Yes, I loved it.  It was so funny. The dogs made me laugh when they spoke.

Would you talk with your friends about it?

I don’t think I would tell my friend because it’s kind of a girl movie.

Did you learn anything from it?

Never leave the hotel when you’re in a strange city.

I really liked it because there were lots of dogs and I love dogs.

Yes, I think Morgan would like to see it because she is a girl and wears pink like the little dog.
