In Malaria, a small town filled with mad and evil scientists lives Igor who wants to be a scientist not an assistant.  When his master’s plan failed and he ended up blowing himself up, Igor decided that it was his time to win the mad science fair.  He got to work right away creating life and when his over sized doll “Eva” wakes up he realizes that she is kind and pleasant not a destroyer as he had planned.  When Igor tries to brain wash her she wakes up thinking she is a Broadway star.  Eva then thinks she is auditioning for a part in a play when Igor enters her in the mad science fair; the only problem is that her “evil bone” does not work until she commits an evil act.  This is a challenge through the movie for him but thanks to other crazy scientists that find out about Eva, she turns evil.  Igor realizes he loves her and rescues her and the rest of the world from evil.  Igor had great animation, similar to Tim burtons “Nightmare Before Christmas”.  Unfortunately the plot went nowhere and was a little dry.  It had a good message about choosing to be evil or nice.  The over sized doll belting out Annie show tunes did get a little annoying.  The movie starts off as if it will be great but then turns out disappointing.  Although it was not the greatest it’s a good movie just in time for Halloween.
