This is a cake I made for Alexander's
4th birthday, 30 september last. He wanted an airplane, but the only thing
I could find at the internet was a jetfighter. And he wanted a
passenger-plane, so I figured something out myself. It turned out rather
easy, but the final result wasn't quite what mommy had in mind. On the
other hand, Alexander didn't care that much, he liked it very much.
I made 2 rectengular cakes (1 cut in half would do too, of course). From
the first I cut off all edges and rounded the tops plane-like. From the
second one I cut of the entire top, so it became a smooth flat cake and
cut it diagonally for two wings.
