Ingredients:
- 12 cups of popped corn,
- 2/3 cups shaved almonds
- 1 cup peanuts (or desired nuts).
- 1 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup white corn syrup
Instructions:
- mix popcorn and nuts in large bowl
- mix sugar margarine and syrup in saucepan,
- bring to a boil stirring constantly
- cook over a medium heat for at least 10 minutes to thicken,
- remove from heat and add vanilla
- pour over popped corn and nuts - mix well
- spread on a large cookie sheet to cool
- break in bite sized pieces and put in covered container
