Poppy Cock Ingredients: 12 cups of popped corn 2/3 cups shaved almonds 1 cup peanuts (or desired nuts) 1� cup white sugar 1 cup margarine 1 tsp vanilla � cup white corn syrup Directions: 1. mix popcorn and nuts in large bowl 2. mix sugar margarine and syrup in saucepan 3. bring to a boil stirring constantly 4. cook over a medium heat for at least 10 minutes to thicken 5. remove from heat and add vanilla 6. pour over popped corn and nuts - mix well 7. spread on a large cookie sheet to cool |
