(No Picture Available) Tostadas de Pollo (Chicken)Ingredients: • Tostadas (Toasted tortillas) • Refried beans • Boiled and chopped chicken breast • Lettuce sliced very thin • Sour cream • Any cheese that crumbles • Mexican Salsa made with tomatoes, coriander and chile diced very small and mixed together. Directions: 1. Spread some beans on a tostada 2. Add chicken, lettuce, sour cream and cheese 3. Add salsa if you like it spicy |
