This recipe provided by DLTK's.

Seems a little odd at first glance but these were a big hit for our family. I actually added a little flavour by combining some lime juice and honey then drizzling it over the finshed appetizers before serving them.



Prosciutto Melon Balls
Ingredients:
 • Prociutto Ham
 • Canteloupe
Directions:
 1.  Cut prosciutto ham into long narrow
     strips
 2.  Scoop canteloupe with melon baller
 3.  Wrap canteloupe with strips of
     prosciutto ham and skewer with
     toothpick.
 4.  (OPTIONAL) Mix lime juice and honey then
     drizzle over before serving.
