Butter Cream Icing
Ingredients:
 • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
 • 1/4 cup vegetable shortening
 • 1 tsp vanilla
 • 4 cups icing sugar
 • 2 Tbsp cream or milk
 • Optional: food coloring
Directions:
 1.  Cream butter, shortening & vanilla. (We
     just use our mix master on the lowest
     setting.)
 2.  Add sugar one cup at a time.
 3.  Add cream (or milk) - mix until light &
     fluffy.
 4.  Add food coloring to get desired color
