Sonoran Tacos

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic (more or less to taste)
- corn tortillas
Topping: - 8 oz can diced tomatoes
- 8 oz can peas (drained)
- 2 dill pickles
- Cotija White cheese (can substitute your favorite cheese).
Instructions:
We start with ground beef, add garlic.
Mix well.
Form 1/2 moon hamburger patties.
Place in corn tortilla and fry til browned.
For the topping:
We get a can of diced tomatoes, can of peas(drained), and two finely chopped dill pickles.
For the cheese we use Cotija White cheese and crumble it on top.
They are delicious! My younger son wouldn't eat anything but hamburgers and "Mexican Burgers" aka Sonoran tacos.
